Website Design Service Agreement

This document outlines the mutual understanding between Prompt Minds ("Service Provider") and the Client. Transparency and Trust are our core values.

   Scope of Services & Custom Design

   Prompt Minds agrees to design, develop, and deploy a fully functional, high-performance website tailored to the Client's specific requirements. This includes the setup of a premium .com domain registered directly in the Client's name.

   Advanced Functionality & Tools

   We do not just build static pages. We will integrate custom-built tools (calculators, forms, interactive elements) and high-definition graphics to ensure maximum user engagement and lower bounce rates.

   Comprehensive SEO Strategy

   Our service includes a full SEO package: On-page optimization (keywords, meta tags), Technical SEO (site speed, mobile usability), and submission to Google Search Console for faster indexing and ranking.

   Branding & Security Protocols

   A unique, professional logo will be crafted to establish your brand identity. Furthermore, we ensure the website is secured with SSL encryption (HTTPS) to protect visitor data and build trust.

   Monetization & Ad Network Support

   We assist in preparing the website for monetization. This includes structuring content according to AdSense policies and guiding the client through the application process for Google AdSense or other ad networks.

   Project Timeline & Delivery

   The domain registration and initial server setup will be completed within 24-48 hours of the advance payment. The complete website design and development will be delivered within 7 working days, subject to content availability.

7. 7

   Payment Structure & Milestones

   To commence the project, a 50% non-refundable advance payment is required. The remaining 50% balance is payable ONLY when the website achieves a milestone of 500+ visitors or after 2 months, whichever occurs first.

8. 8

   Content & Client Cooperation

   The Client agrees to provide necessary text, images, and brand details in a timely manner. Delays in providing content may result in an extension of the final delivery timeline.

9. 9

   Intellectual Property & Ownership

   Upon full settlement of all dues, the Client shall be the sole and exclusive owner of the website source code, the domain name, and all custom graphics created during the project.

10. 10

    Termination & Refund Policy

    The advance payment covers domain costs and initial labour and is non-refundable if the Client cancels. However, if Prompt Minds fails to deliver the project as per terms, a full refund of the advance will be issued.
