1. Introduction
Welcome to Prompt Minds ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website (https://promptminds.in) or purchasing our web design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
2. Scope of Services
Prompt Minds provides premium web development and digital solutions. Our core deliverables include:
- Custom UI/UX Design and Development.
- Integration of SEO tools and Analytics.
- Ad Network application assistance (AdSense/Adsterra).
- Hosting setup on Google's infrastructure (Blogger/Cloud).
We guarantee organic traffic generation strategies but do not control third-party algorithm changes (e.g., Google Updates).
3. Payments & Refund Policy
We operate on a transparent milestone basis:
- Advance Payment (50%): Required to start the project. This covers domain registration costs and initial labour. It is non-refundable once the domain is purchased.
- Final Payment (50%): Due only when your website reaches 500+ organic visitors OR 60 days after launch, whichever is earlier.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all fees, the Client receives 100% ownership of the website, including the domain name, source code, and graphical assets. Prompt Minds retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
5. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to provide necessary content (logos, text, images) within 5 working days of the project start. Delays in providing content may result in a delayed delivery date. We are not responsible for delays caused by the client.
