Design & Development

Prompt Minds will design, develop, and deploy a fully functional, high-performance website tailored to the Client's specific requirements. This includes custom-built logo, graphics with animations, interactive elements, and a fully mobile responsive layout that works seamlessly across all devices and screen sizes.

Complete SEO Setup

Our service includes a complete SEO package: On-page optimization (keywords, meta tags, headings), Technical SEO (site speed, mobile usability, structured data), sitemap generation, Google Search Console submission, privacy policy setup, and indexing — all done to ensure your website ranks well on Google.

Security & Analytics

The website is secured with a free SSL Certificate (HTTPS) to protect visitor data and build trust. Additionally, we integrate Google Analytics to provide the Client with real-time traffic data, visitor insights, and performance tracking for their website.

Monetization & Ads Approval

If the Client wishes to run ads on their website, Prompt Minds will assist in getting Adsterra ads approved. We prepare the website structure, content, and compliance to maximize approval chances, helping the Client start earning from their website.

Traffic & Google Ranking

Within 15 days of the website going live, Prompt Minds will work to drive approximately 500 visitors to the website. Additionally, once indexed by Google, we aim to rank the website on Page #1 of Google search results based on the domain name keyword. This is achieved through our comprehensive SEO and content optimization strategies.

Project Timeline

The complete website design and development process takes approximately 15 to 20 working days. The project start date (First Date) and expected delivery date (Last Date) will be fixed at the time of registration. Prompt Minds commits to delivering the project within this agreed timeline.

Payment Structure

The total project cost is divided into two equal installments:

1st Payment (50% Advance) — Payable at the time of registration. Upon receiving this payment, the Client will be provided an Agreement Paper as proof of the project commitment.
2nd Payment (50% Balance) — Payable only after the Client is 100% satisfied with the website and it has been deployed live on the real domain. Upon receiving this payment, the Client will be provided a Registration Slip containing a unique Registration ID for lifetime support.

Our Working Process

Prompt Minds follows a structured, transparent working process:

A dedicated Email ID is created for the Client's website
Hosting and Domain are purchased using that Email ID
Client is registered in the Prompt Minds system
Agreement Paper is provided after receiving the 50% advance payment
Project First Date (start) and Last Date (delivery) are fixed
Website design and development begins
Once ready, website is shared with Client on a preview/temporary URL for review

Client Approval & Live Deployment

After the Client reviews the website on the preview URL, any customization or changes requested by the Client will be done — 100% customization is guaranteed. Only when the Client is completely satisfied and confirms that the website matches their expectations, the website is then shifted to the real domain and live hosting. After going live, we complete Google Indexing, Sitemap generation, Privacy Policy, SSL Certificate, and all final configurations.

Post-Launch Video Walkthrough

Once the website is live on Google, Prompt Minds will record a detailed video walkthrough for the Client. In this video, we explain the complete process — how the website was built, how each feature works, how to manage the website, and all important details. This ensures the Client fully understands their website. Only after the Client understands everything and is fully satisfied, the remaining 50% balance payment is collected.

Lifetime Code Support & Registration

Upon receiving the final payment, the Client is provided a Registration Slip containing a unique Registration ID. This Registration ID serves as a lifetime support guarantee — if at any point in the future, any issue arises in the code written by Prompt Minds or the website stops working, the Client can contact us with their Registration ID and registered Email ID, and we will fix the issue absolutely free of cost. This support is valid for the lifetime of the website.

Termination & Refund Policy

The advance payment covers domain costs, hosting purchase, and initial development work, and is non-refundable if the Client cancels after work has begun. However, if Prompt Minds fails to deliver the project as per the agreed terms and timeline, a full refund of the advance payment will be issued to the Client.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full settlement of all dues, the Client shall be the sole and exclusive owner of the website, its source code, the domain name, and all custom graphics, logos, and animations created during the project. All hosting and domain credentials are registered in the Client's own Email ID.
